Outside of projects
What moves me outside of projects.
Work is an important part of my life. It is not the whole thing. When I close the laptop, I am usually moving, going somewhere, or finding the space for a new thought.

Training
I like training with a goal.
Strength training and running are a regular part of my week. I like seeing progress, being honest about where I am, and still adding one more repetition or kilometre. Nothing complicated—just showing up consistently.

Being outside
Movement works best for me outdoors.
A run, a day on the water, or something I have not learned yet clears my head quickly. Surfing is a good reminder that the perfect theory is not enough: stay alert, try, and respond to what is actually happening.

New countries
New places change the angle.
I enjoy travelling, especially when not everything feels familiar. New countries, food, landscapes, and conversations pull me out of routine. I often come home with a better question rather than a finished answer.

Time to think
Good ideas need some room.
Not every free minute needs to be productive. A walk, a coffee, or a conversation without an agenda is often enough to make a thought clearer. I deliberately leave space for that.
In the end, I am fairly simple: good work, real conversations, regular movement, and seeing something new whenever I can.

20 minutes.No pitch. Good coffee.
A relaxed conversation to find out where the strongest growth opportunity may be hiding.
