1. Provider and scope

These terms apply to this website and, where incorporated into an individual proposal or agreement, to consulting services provided by Henrik Just. Conflicting client terms apply only when expressly accepted in writing.

2. Website information and engagement

Website content describes services in general and is not a binding offer. A consulting engagement starts only after scope, timing, responsibilities, and remuneration are documented and accepted by both parties.

3. Services and cooperation

Services may include online advertising, campaign creation and management, tracking, CRM implementation, process design, data migration, sales optimization, training, analytics, and related consulting. Specific deliverables are defined in the individual agreement.

The client provides complete information, approvals, access, materials, and decisions reasonably required for the agreed work. Missing cooperation may affect schedules and costs.

4. Fees, payment, and changes

Fees, billing intervals, taxes, and approved third-party expenses are specified in the individual agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days. Work outside the agreed scope requires a documented adjustment to deliverables, timing, or fees.

5. Rights, confidentiality, and data protection

Each party retains rights in pre-existing material. Rights in newly created deliverables are granted as stated in the individual agreement and normally after full payment. Non-public business information is treated confidentially. Personal data is processed under applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

6. Responsibility, liability, and contact

Business outcomes depend on market conditions, data quality, client decisions, implementation, user adoption, and third-party platforms. No specific commercial result is guaranteed unless expressly agreed. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected. Questions can be sent to info@justhenrik.de.
