The controller responsible for processing under the GDPR is:
- Henrik Just
- +49 1573 0040685
- info@justhenrik.de
2. Accessing the website and server logs
When the website is requested, technically necessary connection data may be processed, including the IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser, operating system, and response status. Processing is necessary to deliver the website, maintain security, and diagnose technical errors.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interests are secure and reliable operation. Log data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required for these purposes, subject to legal retention duties and security investigations.
3. Contact by email or telephone
If you contact us, we process the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, message, and related correspondence, to answer your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communication and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries.
Correspondence is deleted when the enquiry is resolved and no contractual or statutory retention obligation requires continued storage.
4. Cookie preference storage
The website stores your cookie decision in your browser’s local storage under the key “henrik-cookie-consent”. This strictly necessary preference prevents the consent notice from appearing on every visit. It contains only whether analytics was accepted or rejected and is not used for advertising.
The legal basis is Section 25(2) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can remove the preference in your browser or reopen Cookie settings in the footer.
5. Google Analytics
Google Analytics is loaded only after you select Accept and only when a Google Analytics measurement ID has been configured. The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Analytics may process page views, device and browser information, approximate location, interaction events, and online identifiers such as cookie IDs.
The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. You may reject analytics or withdraw consent at any time through Cookie settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
Google may process data in countries outside the European Economic Area. Any transfer is subject to the safeguards used by Google, including applicable adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Google’s own privacy information provides further details.
- Typical cookies: _ga and _ga_*
- Purpose: aggregated website usage measurement
- Activation: only after consent
6. Recipients and processors
Personal data is disclosed only where necessary to operate the website, answer enquiries, comply with law, or protect legal claims. Technical service providers may process data under instructions and appropriate data-protection agreements. Google receives analytics data only after consent.
7. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the following rights:
- Access to your personal data (Article 15 GDPR)
- Rectification of inaccurate data (Article 16 GDPR)
- Erasure and restriction of processing (Articles 17 and 18 GDPR)
- Data portability (Article 20 GDPR)
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Article 21 GDPR)
- Withdrawal of consent at any time (Article 7(3) GDPR)
- A complaint to a competent data-protection supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR)
8. Security, automated decisions, and updates
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal data. No solely automated decision-making or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects takes place through this website. This policy may be updated when the website, legal requirements, or service providers change.
